Candidate Statement Over the course of my two academic years at Bocconi, I’ve had the privilege of holding a managerial role within Aleph as Social Media Manager. This position helped me develop valuable organizational and leadership skills. I was responsible for coordinating with fellow team members, planning content, and ensuring consistent communication. Together with the social media team, we introduced the idea of “briefs”—shorter versions of articles—which provided a more accessible way for students to contribute. We also increased our use of Instagram reels, which significantly boosted engagement with our community. Ahead of the U.S. elections, we utilized polls to further increase traffic to Aleph’s Instagram account. Eventually, I decided to step away from the Social Media Manager role, as I felt I had gained enough experience in that area and wanted to explore new fields and responsibilities within the association. Since February 2024, I have been actively involved with Aleph, contributing both individually and collaboratively. I wrote an independent piece on Georgia’s foreign influence law and co-authored an Eastern Europe focus group article on Russian interference in Georgia and Romania. Additionally, I participated in the podcast series Good Night and Good Luck, developed as part of my “TV and Culture” course and centered on the 2024 U.S. elections. I was part of the Foreign Affairs team, providing updates on U.S. relations with other countries. I also had the opportunity to interview Professor Tito Boeri on U.S. labor policies and his journal ECO. On election night, November 4th, I conducted a live interview with fellow Aleph members as part of our podcast’s broadcast coverage, helping to expand the association’s visibility and engagement. In conclusion, I believe Aleph has immense potential to grow not only as a platform for geopolitical discourse but also as a vibrant, forward-thinking student community. If entrusted with the role of Vice President, I am committed to fostering a more engaging, inclusive, and dynamic environment—one that encourages intellectual debate, high-quality writing, and creative digital expression.

Campaign Statement Over the past two and a half years, Aleph has experienced moments of extraordinary achievement and periods of real challenge. We have both lived this journey from the inside: Giulio Cesare Graziani, who joined in February 2023 and has served as editor, board member, deputy head of the Asia Focus Group, and now Vice President; and Eduardo Pavone, who has led Balance of Powers as Creative Director, headed the social media team, and shaped Aleph’s editorial and organisational life. In this time, Aleph has grown tremendously—both in membership and in the quality of its work. Yet with growth comes complexity, and with complexity, inevitable growing pains: oversights, inefficiencies, and moments when our structure has struggled to keep pace with our ambitions. We believe the next stage is to adapt our internal organisation so that it matches the talent of our members and the scale of our projects. We are running together to make Aleph more transparent, more dynamic, and more unified—without breaking from the values and spirit that brought us here. Our vision is to build on what works, decisively improve what can be better, and remove what holds us back. Between us, we bring the continuity of long-standing leadership and the drive for structural innovation. Giulio has been central to board discussions, recruitment, and the daily life of the association. Eduardo has pushed for creative excellence, coherent communication, and stronger internal processes. Together, we want to give Aleph both the structure it deserves and the energy it already shows. Our goal is simple: to ensure Aleph realises its full potential as a space where Bocconi students can connect, grow, and form lasting friendships—an association that is open, capable, future‑proof, and worthy of its community.
